Now prepare the cream. Take one cup of heavy whipping cream, a pinch of cinnamon, one tablespoon of sorghum syrup and your cream is ready!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, de-seed the apples by inserting a cylindrical tube into the centre of the apple, but do not go all the way through the bottom. If you cannot find a cylindrical tube then slice the top of off each apple and used a melon baller to scoop out the seed core.
